  • In 12 months, led ELT through acquisition of two like size companies, 5000 employees. Lowered attrition from 18% to 12%, stock price doubled. Trust and positive intent moved from absent to foundational.  
  • Over 6 months, on 10 person manager level leadership team, created and delivered plan to promote 3 senior managers to director, 2 directors to senior directors in a 248b technology company where the promotion to director is the most competitive and has 12 -18 month queue.
  • Helped build organization design (3 sites and virtual) and leadership structure for global finance team. Developed leadership paths, succession plans, while organization doubled in size. Key metrics for organization were met and team engagement moved from lowest in the company with an increase of 12%.
